Herb Terminology: Deep dive into herbal actions and herbal energetics

Get to Know Your Herbs: Identify the benefits of 10 diverse herbs. Learn about their herbal actions, properties, and energetics to create powerful blends.

• Chamomile
• Peppermint
• Lavender
• Lemon Balm
• Hibiscus
• Ginger
• Rosehips
• Cinnamon
• Nettle
• Dandelion Root

Basic Tea Blending Principles: Uncover the science behind formulation and learn to craft medicinal and potent teas with precision.

Preparation Methods: Dive into cold brewing, hot infusion, and decoction techniques. Understand which herbs works best with each method for optimal results.

Best Practices: Discover correct herb storage methods, ideal temperatures, and steeping times for each herb to maximize their potential.

We offer three registration options: Basic, Premium, Platinum.

Basic registration: Provides virtual access to the live class

Premium registration (REQUIRES SHIPPING) Provides virtual access to the live class, includes a tea kit containing the 10 discussed herbs for hands-on blending, and 1:1 support during the live Q+A session.

Platinum registration Gain exclusive in-person access to the tea blending class, complemented by hands-on support, a premium tea kit featuring the 10 discussed herbs, and a tea blending worksheet.
