Instructions:

 

1. Fill a glass jar halfway with dried Valerian Root

2. Submerge the herb in alcohol (vodka or brandy).

3. Seal the jar and store it for 4-6 weeks, shaking daily.

4. Strain the tincture through cheesecloth or a fine strainer into a clean container.

5. Transfer the strained tincture into amber glass bottles with droppers for easy use.

6. Label the bottles with the contents and date.

• Dried Burdock root
